Succession Risk Assessment Criteria
A. At least 2-3 potential successor candidates (or sources of candidates) have been identified.
B. All potential candidates have the requisite domain knowledge, leadership attributes and experience.
C. All potential candidates have completed one or more relevant senior-level Joint Duty assignments.
D. The pool of potential successor candidates (or sources of can~idates) is SUfficiently diverse.
*Note: Succession Risk Assessment refers to the entire candidate pool within each readiness category, not to individual candidates.
