<P>A. At least 2-3 potential successor candidates (or sources of candidates) have been identified. </P>

<P>B. All potential candidates have the requisite domain knowledge, leadership attributes and experience. </P>

<P>C. All potential candidates have completed one or more relevant senior-level Joint Duty assignments. </P>

<P>D. The pool of potential successor candidates (or sources of can~idates) is SUfficiently diverse. </P>

<P>*Note: Succession Risk Assessment refers to the entire candidate pool within each readiness category, not to individual candidates. </P>
