The DHS/National Protection and Programs Directorate/Office of Cyber and Infrastructure Analysis's mission is to inform decisions that protect the Nation 's critical infrastructure. OCIA takes an all-hazards/all-threats approach to analyze risk to critical infrastructure by conducting complex analysis which focuses on threats, vulnerabilities, and consequences to critical infrastructure from natural, man-made, or cyber events.

The incumbent will be located in the OCIA/ Analytic Support Divisions/Production Management Branch. The Production Management Branch of OCIA is responsible for facilitation pre-planning and pre-writing discussions and reviewing all OCIA analvtic products. The Production Management Branch ensure OCIA steadv-state products adhere to analytic standards, are clearly written with the primary audience in mind, contain a logical flow to the answer the analytic question, and use sound analytic methodologies. The incumbent will develop and apply analytic methods to add rigor and precision to OCIA analytic products. The incumbent will provide statistical, operations research, econometric, mathematical, geospatial modeling, or survey support to OCIA analysis, and communicate
findings via a broad range of written products and verbal presentations.

The incumbent will facilitate, lead, or participate in various pre-planning and pre-writing analytic discussions with OCIA leadership and analysts. Additionally, the incumbent will participate in all reviews of OCIA analytic products. During a crisis event, OCIA stands-up the incident response cell, in which the Production Branch reviews all crisis related products. The incumbent will participate in crisis action planning sessions and products produced for the event.

• Skills in producing and editing effective written complex analytic products
• Skills in effective collaboration and oral communication regarding analysis and analytic tradecraft standards
• Skills in facilitating planning and writing sessions with analysts and leadership to ensure products adhere to
analytic tradecraft standards and present information using logical argumentation.

b. A short narrative describing the applicant's qualifications (general and specific) for the joint duty assignment;
c. An employing element nomination/endorsement
