THIS IS A USCYBERCOM POSITION WHICH REQUIRES ADDITIONAL CLEARANCE FROM THE NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY (NSA). IF THE CANDIDATE DOES NOT CLEAR NSA WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE CONDITIONAL JOB OFFER, THE OFFER MAY BE RESCINDED AT THE REQUEST OF THE HIRING MANAGER.

U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) J2 plans, coordinates, integrates, creates assessments and synchronizes the analysis and production of intelligence to support USCYBERCOM's ability to direct the operation and defense of specified Department of Defense Information Networks (DODIN) and, when directed, support full spectrum military cyberspace operations in order to enable actions in all domains, ensure US/Allied freedom of action in cyberspace, and deny the same to our adversaries.

USCYBERCOM is a dynamic, fast-paced, and exceptionally rewarding place to work. The Intelligence Oversight Program Manager (IOPM) office is a Command-level program that operates out of the J2. The Command IOPM will provide oversight and compliance guidance for all intelligence activities (HUMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and C-ISR) within USCYBERCOM and the Cyber Mission Force (CMF). The IOPM will support the program manager for compliance implementation and advise the IOPM and the Chain of Command on problems, risks, and mitigation procedures. The IOPM should be familiar with missions, intelligence authorities (i.e., those identified in E.O. 12333, as amended, and/or FISA/FAA), governing documents, intelligence oversight, or any other type of document that authorizes the location's mission.

This is a 24 month assignment with an optional 12 month extension. This assignment provides Joint IC Duty credit in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive 660. Service in more than one element of the Intelligence Community is highly valued.
