(U//FOUO) As a System Vulnerability Analyst in Cloud and Web Security, you should have experience in or be prepared to grow into multiple technology fields to support assessments of cloud architectures, serverless computing, containerization technologies, and web technologies. As a virtualization subject matter expert, you will be the go-to analyst for virtualization assessments, and you will share your knowledge to grow expertise across the section. You will analyze, test and characterize vulnerabilities that affect the security of our nation's networks and will develop mitigations and countermeasures across the adversary lifecycle. An analyst chosen for this position will have a significant impact on vital systems of important US Government customers.

(U//FOUO) The ideal candidate is someone who is customer-focused and possesses problem-solving skills. The candidate should have experience using and analyzing Endpoint technologies in web-based technologies, cloud services, and virtualization. Knowledge and experience in programming language like C++, Java, Go, or scripting languages (PowerShell, Perl, Python) is desired. Knowledge of network protocols, information security, analytic tools, compiler construction, fuzzing, or software reverse engineering is desired but not mandatory. A strong desire to learn and research new technologies is essential.

(U//FOUO) All individuals assigned to NSA on a JDA assignment must be cleared at the TSSI level, your last investigation must have been completed within the last 7 years, or is in the process of being updated. Additionally, you must have successfully completed, at a minimum, a Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CIPG) within the last 7 years.
