Conference Badges: 

  • Individuals with an IC badge are NOT required to enter through the NGA Visitor Control Center (VCC). They may directly enter the NGA facility through the VCC external turnstiles using their IC badge. Staff posted at the turnstiles can assist with entry into the facility.
  • Those without an IC badge must enter through the NGA Visitor Control Center to obtain an NGA Visitor Badge for access to the facility.
  • All conference attendees, even those with IC badges, will receive a Conference Badge at the registration desk, located on the ground floor, Atrium level, inside the NGA facility (directly outside of the Arthur Lundahl Conference Center).
  • Conference Badges MUST be obtained at the registration desk. Only attendees with a Conference Badge will be allowed into the auditorium.

Emergency Contact Information for NGA Conference Center:

Visitors can receive outside phone messages while attending events at NGA. Outside phone messages can directed to visitors by calling 571-558-3836.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to request a Certificate of Attendance to earn CPEs for attending the conference. Please include a quote or statement by one of our speakers that resonated with you, or describe one aspect of the conference that benefitted you, along with your certificate request.span>
  • On conference day, virtual attendees should contact the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with any technical questions or issues.
  • As you prepare to attend the event vitually, contact your Agency POC with any questions about your VTC connection instructions.
  • If you have trouble accessing the links to the conference website and/or the virtual streaming for specific sessions:
    • Copy and paste the URL in the browser rather than only click on the link.

  • Review all information for your sessions before the conference to become familiar with the session descriptions and special guest speaker information.
