FISA Section 702 Resources
Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act is a critical intelligence collection authority that enables the U.S. Intelligence Community to collect, analyze, and appropriately share foreign intelligence information, as identified by the Attorney General and the Director of National Intelligence, such as information concerning international terrorism or the acquisition of weapons of mass destruction.

2022 Annual Report on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena
The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 required the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, to submit an annual report to Congress on unidentified aerial phenomena. ODNI submitted the classified annual report to Congress and published the unclassified annual report.
