Clapper to stay on as intel chief

With the president expected to soon name his choices for leadership at the State Department, Pentagon and CIA, one key position will remain consistent - the director of national intelligence.
Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper bestowed Senator Joseph Lieberman with the National Intelligence Distinguished Public Service Medal. The award is the intelligence community’s highest recognition for those who are not part of the community.
For the fourth consecutive year, the Intelligence Community (IC) was honored as one of the top-ten Best Places to Work in the federal government, according to an independent analysis of federal workers’ job satisfaction and commitment.
Mathew Burrows, principal author ofGlobal Trends 2030: Alternative Worlds,participated in a video question and answer session corresponding with the December 10, 2012 release of the Global Trends report by the Officer of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).
