Agency leaders across government are going on the offensive to send Congress a message about sequestration. They want Congressional leaders to know the Defense Department isn't the only agency that sequestration will hurt.

The U.S. Intelligence Community assesses that North Korea probably conducted an underground nuclear explosion in the vicinity of P’unggye on February 12, 2013. The explosion yield was approximately several kilotons. Analysis of the event continues.
The IC is aware of a seismic event with explosive characteristics in North Korea and we are evaluating all relevant information.
