Art Miller
Mr. Art Miller is the Assistant Director of National Intelligence for Legislative Affairs. In this role, he serves as the senior advisor to the Director of National Intelligence on all matters related to Congressional oversight requirements, counsels other senior leaders on Congressional interest items, and coordinates the legislative activities of the 18 Intelligence Community elements.
Art was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He attended Presbyterian College in South Carolina, and joined the Army as a field artillery officer in 2011. Art's time in the Army culminated in Washington, D.C. as a Congressional Fellow with Congressman Tom Cole (R-OK). Following his service, he joined the staff of Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) as National Security Advisor in 2024.
He is married to Cassandra, an active-duty Army officer, and they have two children, Emma (13) and Arthur II (2).
