Madeline Meeker
Madeline Meeker serves as Acting Assistant DNI for Strategic Communications, where she oversees ODNI’s external and internal communications, including media, digital, and strategic communications efforts.
Meeker was raised in Richmond, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communications and a minor in Political Science. Before joining the team at ODNI, she spent four years working for her home state senator, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), where she served as his communications director for two years. Prior to the role, she served as press secretary for Sen. Paul and helped lead the press operation for his 2022 reelection campaign. Meeker joined Sen. Paul’s team in 2021 as a deputy press secretary. Before making her way to Capitol Hill, Meeker worked on President Trump’s first presidential reelection campaign as a media affairs coordinator, and also spent time working at the Republican Party of Kentucky prior to moving to Washington, D.C.
