WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s (ODNI) National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC) today issued a joint bulletin with ODNI’s Office of Economic Security and Emerging Technology (OESET), the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) to protect U.S. emerging technology startups from investment by foreign threat actors.

Since being sworn in as NCTC Director more than three years ago, Christy led the Center to address an evolving counterterrorism threat environment while also preparing the NCTC workforce for future challenges. I am incredibly grateful for Christy’s extraordinary counsel and knowledge, as well as for her kindness, courage, and dedication to NCTC and our nation’s security. We will miss her deeply and wish her all the best as she departs NCTC this week.
