WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) today published the 2022 Annual Report on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

 

 

Pursuant to Section 5602(a) and (b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2020, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), in consultation with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), including the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), and the Department of Justice (DOJ), jointly produced two reports on domestic terrorism, which provided data as of the end of FY 2019. Section 5602(d) requires the Director of the FBI and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the DNI, to jointly submit to the appropriate Congressional committees annual updates to those reports.
