The Office of the Director of National Intelligence today released the declassified Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) of Foreign Threats to the 2022 U.S. Elections. Coordinated across the Intelligence Community, the assessment addresses the intentions and efforts of foreign actors to influence or interfere with the 2022 U.S. elections.

This National Intelligence Council Memorandum (NICM) accompanies the Intelligence Community Assessment of Foreign Threats to the 2022 U.S. Elections and provides added insights.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Department of Defense (DOD) today published the Fiscal Year 2023 Consolidated Annual Report on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP).

The report provides data on the demographic diversity of the Intelligence Community (IC); the continued efforts to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA); and areas where improvement has occurred and is still needed. For the first time, the report merges gender and minority information to assess intersectional recruiting, hiring, representation, and promotions, which provides additional insights to help increase DEIA in the IC’s ranks.

The 2023 National Intelligence Strategy (NIS) provides the Intelligence Community (IC) with strategic direction from the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) for the next four years. The NIS is a foundational document for the IC and reflects the input of leaders from each of the 18 intelligence elements, as it guides the operations, investments, and priorities of the collective.

It supports the national security priorities outlined in the National Security Strategy and the National Defense Strategy as well as other national strategies.
