Amaryllis Fox Kennedy
Amaryllis Fox Kennedy serves as the Deputy DNI for Policy & Capabilities. She also currently serves as the Associate Director for Intelligence and International Affairs for the Office of Management and Budget. Amaryllis is a member of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board and the Intelligence Oversight Board. She previously served as a CIA case officer, focused on preventing terror organizations from obtaining Weapons of Mass Destruction, and in multiple leadership roles at private sector artificial intelligence and consumer technology companies. In her role at ODNI, Amaryllis is uniquely positioned to restore America’s clandestine tech primacy, empowering greater public-private partnerships, and the advancement of next generation capabilities across the IC.
